Shipping Policy

Shop Goblins products are produced in small batches. Shipping timelines will depend on whether an item is in stock or part of a production run / preorder.

Shipping Times

In-stock items
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding holidays).

Preorders / Production runs
Preorder items are crafted as part of a production run and are shipped in a single batch once the run is complete (rather than shipping one-by-one as individual units are finished). The estimated timeline for each run will be shown on the product page. Fulfillment of production runs may take several weeks to several months depending on the project and batch size. If there are unforeseen complications and the timeline changes materially, you will be notified by email.

Holiday Season

All shipped items may be delayed due to the holiday season rush. Order early in the season to ensure your item arrives on time!

Processing Times

All orders have a processing time of 2 to 5 business days before they are shipped. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your order with the attention to detail it deserves. Please note that shipping timelines are in addition to processing times and will vary depending on shipping method and destination. As soon as a label is prepared you will receive a tracking email.

International Shipping / Alaska / Hawaii

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to accommodate shipping to the contiguous United States.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS and/or UPS. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as you checkout. If you need to update your address, contact info@shopgoblins.com as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Packaging

Each package is carefully wrapped in recyclable and/or compostable material where possible to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly journey. The seller cannot be held accountable for delays, losses, or damages during shipping.

Return Shipping
