Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us within the return window at info@shopgoblins.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

We'll review your request and confirm the outcome by email within 7 business days.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the buyers refund. Use only original packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact info@shopgoblins.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for refund.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, is not eligible for refund.

 Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. All discounted items are final sale only.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days of approval.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
